How to Handle YouTube Banned Videos

So I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with my deleted YouTube videos.  It seems that anything I post on my YouTube channel about Network Marketing or MLM or “Make Money from Home” gets taken down within a few hours.  So first of all, this tells me that I have somebody either on my list or following my channel who is watching my YouTube channel and following my videos and flagging them almost as soon as I put them up.

Upon speaking with a source who is very close to Google (Google owns YouTube, by the way) and asking her opinion on what I should do with my videos that were banned from YouTube, I have made a few decisions which I will explain in a moment.  But first of all, there are a few things to remember.

#1 – Any time you use a service that you don’t own, you are at the mercy of that service provider.  You can build a subscriber base on YouTube or a fan page on Facebook or a following on Twitter, but remember, you DON’T own that platform and it’s free, which means that it can be taken away from you at any time.  The most important thing for you to do is to build an asset that you DO own and control …. (which would be your blog and your email list).  Your goal should always be to get people off of YouTube or Facebook and onto your LIST (by the way, check out my training here if you want to know how to do this with video marketing).

#2 – Remember that these Free services like YouTube and Facebook can change their minds and their rules and their algorithms at any time.  There was a time when posing “how to make money from home” videos was not a problem and now the rules have changed.  There was a time when it was OK to post videos and posts about network marketing opportunities and MLM companies but now it is resulting in Facebook slaps and deleted youtube videos.

 My Video Marketing Strategy Moving Forward

I will still use YouTube from time to time for videos that I am certain will not be in violation of their policies or result in more deleted youtube videos or strikes on my channel.  But for the most part, I will be replacing YouTube with Periscope and Wistia.

Periscope is a really cool new app that allows you to connect on  LIVE video stream through your cell phone.  Think of it like FaceTime, but you can be talking to hundreds or even thousands of people at once.  I’m going to be using Periscope to connect with my audience once or twice a week and do LIVE Q&A sessions to help you with your business and marketing strategies.  If you want to connect with me via Periscope, just download the app and add me (my username is tysonzahner)

 

Wistia is a paid video hosting service.  I’ve actually been using Wistia for a while, but only for videos within my sales funnel.  It’s a really cool service because you have a lot of customization.  You can track how much of a video people are watching and check viewership by I.P. address and you can even see heat maps of when people fall off and stop watching your videos.  So it’s definitely superior to YouTube in that respect.  The only real downside is that you probably won’t rank a Wistia video in and of itself so I will focus on ranking my Blog page instead of the video and then the other downside, of course, is that it’s not free, but you know what they say, sometimes, free is the most expensive option.

My #1 Tip on How To Succeed Fast at Anything

I don’t know about you, but when I have my mind set on a goal, I don’t want to wait long to achieve it.  In today’s post, I want to share the #1 tip I know for achieving success really fast in anything.  I’ve used this tip to build a 6 figure photography business.  I’ve used it to build a 6 figure network marketing business.  I’ve used it to become the top earner in an online affiliate program.  I’ve even used this tip to lose 80 lbs. and strengthen my marriage.

 Fast Success is Actually Really Simple

Tony Robbins said it best.  “If you want to be successful, find someone who has achieved the results you want and copy what they do and you’ll achieve the same results.”  I know that seems so simple and obvious, but it’s amazing how many people are trying to figure things out on their own or worse, they’re following and listening to people who have never actually achieved the results they want.

3 Steps to Success in Network Marketing

#1 – Figure out how you want to build your business.  What strategy suits your personality?  Do you want to build your business using traditional prospecting?  If so, great.  Go find somebody who has achieved massive success using that strategy and learn from them.  For me, I didn’t want to prospect.  I wanted to attract my leads to me.  Once I was clear on what strategy I wanted to use to build my business, I moved on to step #2.

Step #2 – Find Somebody Who Has Achieved Success With that same strategy – For me, I went looking for somebody who built his/her business using attraction marketing and could teach me how to do it as well.  For me the person I found who really helped me and who I’ve modeled is Ray Higdon (you can check out some free training from him here)

Step #3 – Copy What they Do and Take Massive Action – First of all, success doesn’t come in your thoughts, it comes from your actions.  So start taking action immediately by modeling and copying what your mentor is doing.

That’s exactly what I did to achieve success and within 12 months I had recruited over 1,000 people into my network marketing business, I had generated over 10,000 leads on line and I had built a 6-figure income stream.  And I did it fast, because I found somebody who had done it before me and I copied what they do.

How NOT to make friend requests of Top Earners in network marketing

 Take a look at this picture … This is NOT the way to approach a top earner in network marketing or MLM or any industry for that matter.

And yet, I had somebody approach me this way (sort of) just a few weeks ago.  Is it any surprise that I refused to work with her?  Feel free to read the chat that I’ve posted below the video at the bottom of this post (and make sure you watch the video) because I think it will help you get to the next level as an entrepreneur in your home business or MLM company.

Big Tip #1 – Don’t Get Caught Up in Minutia

There are so many people that get derailed in their home business by the smallest of things.  I’ll tell you the best way to separate an amateur from a pro.   The professional doesn’t even let the BIG stuff derail them from their goals.  For example, with a professional, 10 “No’s” per day is just another day at the office.  If a team leader their downline leaves and takes everyone with them, just another day at the office.  But for the amateur, even the smallest of things distract them from their goals.  Somebody won’t accept their friend request.  A warm market lead won’t look at their company presentation.  A word is misspelled on an email.  Somebody’s politics or religious beliefs bother them … I could go on and on, but you can’t let this stuff bother you.

 

Big Tip #2 – Your Dreams Shouldn’t Require Validation

If you’re looking for other people to validate your dreams and goals, then they aren’t really YOUR dreams and goals.  If you want something bad enough, you’ll go after it regardless of what others think or say and this includes getting leads for your MLM or your home business, it includes connecting with top earners and big shots in the industry.  It includes creating freedom in your life.  You have to go after it no matter what others believe … I’ve had plenty people tell me I’m crazy.  Or this home business thing will never work … or you’ll come back to your J.O.B. eventually.  None of that stuff affected me or altered my plans.  That’s the real difference between an amateur and a pro.  It’s the difference between somebody who really believes in their dreams and somebody who just has a “wishlist”.

Why Do You Promote Both Power Lead System and Elite Marketing Pro?

I hear this question quite frequently after a new member signs up for the Power Lead System.  They’ll say, “Tyson, I just signed up for PLS and now you’re ALSO recommending that I sign up for Elite marketing Pro?  Why do I need both?”

Well, first of all, maybe you don’t need both.

PLS and EMP are Two Different Products with Two Different Purposes.

Power Lead System is a marketing tool.  It’s the “instrument” that you can use to build your entire sales funnel.  You can use it to create lead capture pages and sales pages and email autoresponder sequences, etc.  You can build just about any kind of page or sales funnel you can think of, but having the instrument alone without the knowledge or the skills of how to use it are going to do you very little good.  It’s like owning a hammer without knowing how to put two boards together or having a blueprint for what you want to build.  The hammer alone isn’t going to build anything for you.  The same thing is true with PLS.  It’s just an instrument.

There is No System that Will Make You Successful!

One of the biggest problems I see in this industry is that too many people are looking for success in a tool or a system or some other thing OUTSIDE of themselves.  Here’s the cold hard truth.  There is NO System that will make you successful.  The only thing that will make you successful is your your knowledge and skills and your willingness to take action and implement them.  That’s it.  Everything else is just a tool or a stepping stone to help you get there faster.

If PLS is the instrument, then Elite Marketing Pro is the owner’s manual

If you walked into a guitar store and you told the guy behind the counter that you wanted to play in a rock band what’s the first thing he would ask you?  He would want to know if you already owned a guitar.  If not, he would probably sell you one.  That’s what I do when I sell PLS to people.  I’m selling them “the instrument”.  Once the guitar store guy sells you the instrument, what’s the next thing he would ask you?  He’d probably say, “Do you know how to play the guitar?”  If your answer is “No,” he’s probably going to offer to sell you lessons.  That’s the exact same thing that I’m doing.  If Power Lead System is the guitar, then EMP is the guitar lessons.

Owning a tool that allows you to easily build sales funnels does you absolutely ZERO good if you don’t know what to put on your pages or have a strategy that’s actually going to get people to those pages and turn those visitors into leads and sales.  Because Elite Marketing Pro is where I learned marketing, it’s what I also recommend to you.

Do You Have to Purchase Elite Marketing Pro in order to be successful online?

Of course the answer to this question is NO.  There is no one course or program that’s going to make you successful.  This is foolish thinking.  First of all, if you already have plenty of marketing knowledge and you have a strategy for putting together a sales funnel that you know is going to work, then there’s absolutely no reason why you would need to purchase EMP.  (WARNING – run-on sentence ahead) – If you already know how to write a compelling headline and how to create a lead magnet and how to come up with a compelling offer and how to write sales copy and how to drive traffic to your website and what to put in your emails, then NO, you absolutely don’t need to purchase EMP.  If however, you’re like I was when I first came online, then you need some extra training and guidance.  Elite Marketing Pro is where I got my education and it’s where I recommend you go to get yours.

Here's How To Become An Entrepreneur?

There's a lot of people who believe they are entrepreneurs, but the truth is just because you own a business doesn't make you an entrepreneur.  As Mark Cuban (from ABC's Shark Tank) says, most people who think they are entrepreneurs are really just "wantrepreneurs".  So let's take a quick look at some of the words and phrases you should remove from your vocabulary if you want know how to become an entrepreneur.

#1 - Entrepreneurs don't use the word "Guarantee"

Entrepreneurs understand that they are paid for their results and not for their time.  Nobody can guarantee your results except for you.  So when I present somebody with a business opportunity and they tell me they don't want to sign-up unless I can guarantee their results, this indicates to me that this person is as far from being an entrepreneur as is humanly possible.  The word "Guarantee" is an employee mindset type of word.  When you get a job and you agree to make somebody else rich by trading your time for dollars, you get a guarantee that you will be paid X number of dollars per hour worth of work or that you will be paid a certain salary when you sign the contract.  There's nothing wrong with having an employee mindset.  Certainly being an entrepreneur is not for everyone.  There are people who are very happy to have the security and the predictability of a 9-5 job.  It's just important to understand that if you want to work for yourself and become an entrepreneur, you recognize that you take calculated risks and that you will be paid only when you produce results.  So as an entrepreneur you are truly paid what you are worth.  If you get paid "zero", you need to become worth more to earn more.

#2 - Entrepreneurs Don't Use the Phrase "I Can't __________"

You will never hear a true entrepreneur say "I can't afford it" or "I can't make a website".  What they will say instead is ... "How can I come up with the money?" or "How can I learn the skills to make a website?" or "How can I hire somebody who knows technology?"  When you use phrases like "I can't", you are using dis-empowering and non-self-severing language.  So stop it!   Start asking how you can instead of telling yourself that you can't.  Personally, every business I've ever built has been built on a loan or on credit.  Some may say this is fiscally irresponsible, but I find that it motivates me.  It drives me to succeed so that I can pay off my debt and you know?  Every single time I've started a business on a loan, I've paid it off and gone on to become profitable.  Every . Single . Time!

#3 - Entrepreneurs Don't Use the Phrase "I'm Just Not ___________"

"Well, I'm just not business minded."  "I'm just not technical".  "I'm just not a good salesperson".  These are not phrases that you will hear from a true entrepreneur.  You are defining who you believe you are and you are limiting your ability to succeed because the truth is your actions will NEVER EVER contradict who you believe you are as a person.  If you keep telling yourself that you're not business minded, you'll never become business minded because you won't take the actions to do so.  Nobody came out of the womb knowing how to build a business.  Nobody came into this world knowing how to use a computer.  Nobody came out of their momma's belly knowing how to be a good salesperson ... nobody!  It's a skill that was learned and developed through knowledge, mentorship, consistent action and trial and error learning via the school of hard knocks!
